Rockford City Market to feature music, activities June 15


ROCKFORD — The Rockford City Market will feature music and activities June 15. Musicians will include Letsinger Acoustic from 4:30 to 8 p.m. on the main stage and Timberpoint from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on the acoustic stage. During the market, kids can build paper lanterns with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in promotion of the society’s Light the Night Walk and get their faces painted by Rockford Lutheran Schools. The Rockford Road Runners will be at the gates to welcome guests this week. The market will run from 3:30 to 8:30 p.m. Fridays through Aug. 31 and from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. from Sept. 7 to 28.
