ROCKFORD (WREX) -
The downtown area is gearing up for fall and the last Rockford City Market of the season this week.
The market will feature fall activities and along with offering fall-themed specials, vendors will compete with each other for the best booth decor. Shoppers can vote for their favorite at the information booth or any Pepsi tents.
Jodi Beach will provide the soundtrack for the market's last day and kids can take part in fall-themed games and crafts. A kids costume parade led by the Rockford Ice Hogs' very own Hammy will start at 6:00 p.m. Kids should gather at the information booth on the upper deck at 5:45 p.m.
